WCA Owner/Tenant Contact Update Form

Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to report storm damage to vehicles or other property.  Each owner and paying tenant should complete a separate form.  Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the form.  Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order to update and submit the form.

LOCATIONS: For locations, please check with your immediate neighbors if you are new to the Cluster. There are communal areas in both Upper and Lower Orchard Lane that are equipped with large, shared trash and recycling bins. Please dispose of trash, recycling, and yard waste separately in designated bins.

CONTAINERS: Sturdy plastic trash bins, cardboard cartons and sealable plastic garbage bags are acceptable for household waste and garbage. Paper bags are appropriate for items to be recycled - please do not use plastic bags for recyclables.  Plastic garbage bags, if left out overnight, are susceptible to being opened by animals, resulting in contents strewn on the street. Consider freezing discarded food scraps to minimize aromas that would attract animals. Large sturdy paper bags, such as those available from Home Depot and Costco, are preferred for yard waste. Large plastic bins designated for yard waste are available adjacent to the two-level carport on Upper Orchard Lane.
