Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to report storm damage to vehicles or other property.  Each owner and paying tenant should complete a separate form.  Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the form.  Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order to update and submit the form.

WCA Annual General Membership Meeting Postponed Until at Least Thirty Days After June 10, 2020.

Due to the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and statewide orders to limit the spread of the illness, the annual Waterview Cluster Association General Membership Meeting is postponed until at least thirty days after the expiration of the restrictive orders.  The new date will be published on the WCA web site and a meeting packet will be mailed via the U.S.P.S. to each member when both a date and a venue for the meeting are confirmed.
