WCA Owner/Tenant Contact Update Form

Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to report storm damage to vehicles or other property.  Each owner and paying tenant should complete a separate form.  Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the form.  Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order to update and submit the form.

Republic Services service changes; Updated and clarified on March 31, 2020

The following notice (paraphrased) was sent to WCA by its temporarily assigned customer service representative on March 31, 2020:

Until further notice, Republic Services will be operating under the following guidelines:

  • For customers with carts, we will accept cart contents only. Our crews will not pick up waste outside of the cart.
  • For customers who do not have carted service, we will accept waste placed in bags only. Bags cannot exceed 50 pounds.
  • Yard waste and bulk waste programs are suspended.
The Republic Services team remains committed to you throughout this crisis. **WCA Note:It remains to be seen how this service change will affect WCA households as half use Republic Services bins and half do not.  The WCA board continues to negotiate for the best possible outcome for its members.  Call the telephone number above if your trash or recycling is not collected and your street address is Waterview Cluster.**
