Maintaining current contact information helps the board and its committees reach owners and tenants with important board announcements as well as during emergency events such as a water/gas main break or to report storm damage to vehicles or other property.  Each owner and paying tenant should complete a separate form.  Non-resident owners should enter their address at the end of the form.  Note: You do NOT need to have a Google account in order to update and submit the form.

Republic Services Service Changes -- March 27, 2020

Due to precautions being taken to protect its employees during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Republic Services (RS) has suspended collection of yard waste, bulk items, special pickups, and trash or recycling placed in "some" non-RS containers placed at the curb.  Yard waste WILL NOT BE COLLECTED unless it is placed inside of a Republic Services bin on a regular trash collection day.  This service suspension will continue until further notice from Republic Services.
