Speakers must observe rules of decorum and not engage in other disruptive behavior. The time guidelines ensure that others will have an opportunity to speak. Speakers may not allot their time to others.

The WCA Covenants Committee will meet on Tuesday October 9, 2018, 6:30pm at the Waterview Cluster Marina.  In the event of inclement weather, the meeting place will be the Lake Anne Coffee House.
